On average, it takes between 4 to 6 weeks from the time a deposit is paid or the job is approved. 

For our standard stairs that will be covered in carpet or vinyl we commonly use pine, plywood, strandboard, and Metrapanel. Each material is carefully selected to meet our standards for durability, aesthetics, and safety.

For exposed timber stairs we can work with a range of options to suit your style and budget.  Macrocarpa is a common choice for exposed timber staircases.

Yes, all of our stairs are designed and built to meet or exceed local building codes and safety standards. We prioritise safety in every aspect of our design and construction process.

We usually do not include installation in our quotes. We provided ready-made stairs that can easily be installed by your builders.  Please contact us if you require installation, in some instances we can provide installation services but this is dependent on location and timeframes.

We stand behind the quality of our stairs with a 10 warranty that covers materials and workmanship.

While we primarily serve customers in Hamilton & The Waikato, we also supply stairs for builders from South Auckland, Coromandel, Bay Of Plenty, Taupo & Raglan. If you need stairs outside of these areas please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will confirm on a case-by-case basis if we are able to arrange delivery to your location.
